What we do
Bioinformatics workflows for genomic antimicrobial resistance are powerful but hard to run consistently: versions drift, steps are handed off manually, outputs are heterogeneous and runs are hard to reconstruct. VBS is developing NextGenAMR to make these processes more structured, governed and auditable.
Vanguard Biotech Systems' mission is to make complex bioinformatics processes more structured, governed and auditable, while preserving scope, versions, evidence, provenance, system limitations and professional review.
Our product
NextGenAMR is the first product developed by Vanguard Biotech Systems. NextGenAMR is a genomic antimicrobial-resistance intelligence platform in development by Vanguard Biotech Systems. First species: Escherichia coli, in development. No performance results have been published. Not for clinical use; it has no regulatory authorisation or declaration of conformity for clinical diagnostic use.
