Responsible use
State the public limits of NextGenAMR, coherent with the claims register and its controlled-preview status.
Current status
NextGenAMR is in controlled preview and validation. Its scope is versioned and limited, and within scope it reports a calibrated probability, never a categorical S/I/R interpretation.
What NextGenAMR is not
NextGenAMR must not be used or described as an autonomous diagnosis system, a substitute for phenotypic antimicrobial susceptibility testing, or a tool that selects or recommends treatment. It does not replace professional judgement or the laboratory's reference method.
No sensitive data through public channels
Do not submit patient information, clinical records, sample identifiers, genomic files, sequences or credentials through the website or ordinary email. Any data exchange happens only through an authorised secure channel agreed in advance.
