Privacy

When you submit the controlled-access form, Vanguard Biotech Systems ("VBS") collects the information you provide — typically your name, organization, role, email and message. It is used solely to review and respond to your access request.

Form submissions are delivered through the third-party processor Web3Forms. We do not sell personal data. We retain requests only as long as needed to evaluate institutional fit, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to contact@vbs.bio.

NextGenAMR demonstrations on this site use synthetic data and do not process patient or clinical data.

Terms

NextGenAMR is offered as a controlled preview to selected institutions. It is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties, and access is granted at VBS's discretion after review.

NextGenAMR is decision-support software — not a clinical diagnosis and not a regulatory-cleared medical device. Nothing on this site constitutes medical or clinical advice.

Responsible use

Outputs are intended to support qualified professionals, not to replace clinical judgement. Antimicrobial-resistance interpretation must be confirmed by responsible clinicians and microbiologists within the appropriate clinical and regulatory context.
